About Us
Kimberly LeRiche is the founder and principal of JK Virtual Office Resources and is located in a quiet country suburb just outside of the Portland Metro area. A Pacific Northwest native, she has called Oregon home for the past 20 years, and has also lived in Washington and Southeast Alaska.
Quality of life and work-life balance are important to Ms. LeRiche. Being a solo entrepreneur provides her with the ability to enjoy a family and home life that focuses on the beauty and grace of each day. It’s a quality of life this isn’t driven by the constraints of commuting to a typical 9 to 5 job but instead is driven by a true enjoyment and passion of what she chooses to do as a career.
Professional and Life Experience
Over the past 15 years, Ms. LeRiche’s work experience has included customer service in the banking and credit industries, and as a research analyst for the local county government. Her years of public service work included program development and research and evaluation of social service and criminal justice programs with her most recent research focusing on issues of minority over-representation in the juvenile justice system.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. This, along with work experience, has provided her with a solid foundation for writing, proofreading and editing. She has expertise in research methods, survey design, data collection and data analysis and is very experienced in web related research.
As a talented professional with a diverse background, Ms. LeRiche has strong critical thinking and complex problem solving skills. She understands the always emerging Social Media and Internet Marketing landscape which are crucial aspects of a small businesses online marketing strategy and presence. Ms. LeRiche maintains a strong Social Media and web networking presence and is always monitoring the latest buzz around social media marketing.

Tony Thomas lives in the Portland/Vancouver area and has been working in the field of computers for over 20 years. He now specializes as a Virtual Assistant, with experience in social marketing (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Squidoo, etc) blogging (WordPress and BlogSpot), Vlogging via YouTube and others, affiliate marketing strategies and search engine optimization along with specialized skills in video production, editing and distribution. Tony is our Online Reputation Management expert and can help you with all of your reputation management needs. Tony also writes for The Portlander.com with his main focus being on the Extreme Sports of Portland which include the Rose City Rollers and DOA Pro Wrestling. Rebecca Thompson is the Owner of CLR Virtual Connection. She started her business so that she could use her social media combined with her administrative skills to help others run their business better. They say that if you do what you love then you will be the richest person in the world. This is what she loves.
She is a Certified Social Media Specialist and Master Certified in Microsoft Office and works with Coaches and Real Estate Agents on their Social Media. She has a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Houston-Clear Lake. She has strong skills in data entry, internet research, customer services and contact management. She has worked in the public and private sectors for many years, including non-profit and for profit industries. In her college years, she planned and organized many events and has become very experienced in backward calendaring. She has facilitated leadership workshops on teamwork, communication, learning styles and time management. She has created training manuals, presentations (with the handouts), forms, databases, flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc.
She is a creative, innovative and logical thinker. She believes in thinking both inside and outside the box, as the situations arise. She is characterized as being efficient, loyal, honest, and a risk taker at times. She believes in balance in her professional and personal lives and practices balance regularly. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, whether it is watching movies or playing board and video games.

Roz DeRensis, calls Alaska home but has recently moved to Norwich, NY to be closer to her husband’s family. She is a freelancer who specializes in social media marketing- especially for health care related organizations. She is an expert in the areas of health care management, grant writing and resource development, and acting as an armchair advocate on a wide range of issues.
Roz’s work experience includes management of successful health screening programs , writing winning applications for highly competitive grants, and helping to create a cancer screening social media marketing campaign that received national recognition.
Roz has a Bachelors of Science in Community Health Education and as Masters in Public Health. In addition, she is a Certified Health Education Specialist. She has expertise in qualitative research methods including survey and focus group framework design and is very experienced in evidence-based internet research.
