Rates and Terms

Whether you are just starting out or are already established with your social media or internet marketing strategy, we have flexible options and pre-paid plans to suit any need. In addition, we can customize a package or quote for you based on your specific needs.

Hourly Rate

For clients who have a specific project in mind or who prefer to pay-as-you-go, we have a base hourly rate of $48.  There is a two hour minimum and all time is tracked to the minute.

Pre-Paid Plans

JK Virtual Office Resources offers pre-paid plans for clients who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month. By purchasing a pre-paid hourly package, clients ensure continued and ongoing support when they need it. Pre-paid plans are a cost-effective option as it allows us to be come more familiar with you, your business and your business practices. In this way, we can use our expertise to continually evaluate and suggest ways to increase your online visibility.

Pre-paid hours are typically used within 30 days of when they are purchased and unused time can be carried over as part of your agreement. Pre-paid hourly plans are paid in full at the beginning of each month.

JK Virtual Office Resources will work with you to help determine the number of monthly hours that would work best for you and your business. Pre-paid hourly packages include 10, 15 and 20 through 40 hours.

  • Level 1: 10 hours per month = $450
  • Level 2: 15 hours per month = $645
  • Level 3: 20 hours per month = $820

JK Virtual Office Resources will develop customized retainer packages for clients who are interested in purchasing more than 20 hours per month.

Hours needed over the reserved amount will be charged at the discounted hourly rate for that hourly package.

Additional Fees

Fees in addition to the hourly rate or retainer rate may be applied when necessary. Clients will be notified in advance of any additional fees for pre-approval. Additional fees may include postage, specialty office supplies or stationary, printing costs, courier or shipping costs and mileage.

JK Virtual Office Resources recognizes that sometimes the need arises for a project to be completed with a quicker than usual turnaround. We are happy to consider rush service requests. Rush service requests may be subject to a 25% surcharge.

Payment

Personal and business checks, money orders and cashier checks are all accepted as payment. Credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal.

Invoices for Per Project clients are sent out every other week and monthly for retainer clients. Pay-As-You-Go hourly clients are billed at the end of each week. Payment is due upon receipt.

Referrals

Client referrals to JK Virtual Office Resources are greatly appreciated and gratefully accepted. A new client referral that results in a signed contract can receive either a 10% discount or $25 off their next invoice (whichever is greater). If you refer someone, please be sure to have them let me know who referred them.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, our privacy policy is outlined in detail in our Welcome Packet which is provided to you at the time a contract for service is signed.

We do not share your information with any outside parties unless required to do so by law. All information collected about you or your business is kept confidential. We use return email addresses to respond to email received. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with any outside parties. Ever. (Believe us, we detest spam as much as you do.)
