Social Media Maintenance Packages
For clients who only need assistance with curating, scheduling and syndicating content across their social networks, we offer a range of social media maintence packages. Pre-Paid Virtual Assistant Plans
JK Virtual Office Resources offers a pre-paid package of a minimum of 10 hours and recommends using this option to ensure time is reserved for you each month. By purchasing a pre-paid hourly package, clients ensure continued and ongoing support when they need it. Pre-paid plans are a cost-effective option for small business owners and entrepreneurs as it allows us to be come more familiar with you, your business and your business practices which means we become more efficient in the work we do for you. In this way, we can use our expertise to continually evaluate and suggest ways to increase your online visibility. Pre-paid hours are typically used within 30 days of when they are purchased and unused time can be carried over as part of your agreement. Pre-paid hourly plans are paid in full at the beginning of each month. Clients are billed for the next set of hours once the current hours have been used.
JK Virtual Office Resources will work with you to help determine the number of monthly hours that would work best for you and your business. Pre-paid hourly packages include 10, 15 and 20 through 40 hours.
JK Virtual Office Resources will develop customized retainer packages for clients who are interested in purchasing more than 20 hours per month.
Fees in addition to the hourly rate or retainer rate may be applied when necessary. Clients will be notified in advance of any additional fees for pre-approval. Additional fees may include postage, specialty office supplies or stationary, printing costs, courier or shipping costs and mileage.
JK Virtual Office Resources recognizes that sometimes the need arises for a project to be completed with a quicker than usual turnaround. We are happy to consider rush service requests. Rush service requests may be subject to a 25% surcharge.
Personal and business checks, money orders and cashier checks are all accepted as payment. Credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal or Square (if requested).
Invoices are sent out monthly for VA retainer clients and maintenance packages. Payment is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 5 business days, services will be suspended until payment is received unless other arrangements have been made. If alternative arrangements have not been made, your client slot becomes open and available to any clients on the wait list.
Client referrals to JK Virtual Office Resources are greatly appreciated and gratefully accepted. A new client referral that results in a signed contract can receive either a 10% discount or $25 off their next invoice (whichever is greater). If you refer someone, please be sure to have them let me know who referred them.
We do not share your information with any outside parties unless required to do so by law. All information collected about you or your business is kept confidential. We use return email addresses to respond to email received. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with any outside parties. Ever. (Believe us, we detest spam as much as you do.)
